License to use
MarkdownBird is provided to you for personal and commercial use. You may install and use the application on your devices. You retain full ownership of any documents and content you create with MarkdownBird.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse MarkdownBird, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it for unlawful purposes, or use it to create or distribute unlawful content.
Intellectual property
The MarkdownBird name, logo and branding belong to their owner. The application may include third-party open-source components, each subject to its own license.
Disclaimer of warranty
MarkdownBird is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that exported output will meet every requirement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of MarkdownBird, including loss of data or documents. Keep backups of important work.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MarkdownBird after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
