MarkdownBird is a desktop application that processes your documents entirely on your own device. Your Markdown content, fonts and exported files are never uploaded to our servers. We do not have access to the documents you create or open.

We do not require an account to use MarkdownBird. The application does not collect personal information. If a future version offers optional, anonymous usage analytics or crash reporting, it will be clearly disclosed and opt-in.
This website
This website stores a single preference in your browser's local storage — your selected color theme — so the site remembers it on your next visit. This data never leaves your browser.
